Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actor who has received critical recognition for her talents. Sagittarius. Born in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the third oldest siblings born in the home of Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper as well as Anne a psychologist. She's English and Scottish heritage.
